4 dried rose buds
5 goji berries
2-3 slices of ginseng root
8 fl. oz. (240 ml) of boiling water
Rock sugar (optional)


1. Place the herbs in an 8 fl. oz. cup or teapot.
2. Pour boiling water over the herbs and cover the cup/teapot.
3. Steep for a minimum of 10 minutes to extract the flavors and nutrients from the herbs.
For a sweeter taste, add rock sugar to taste.

1. This herbal tea can be brewed for multiple infusions. Simply add fresh boiling water to the herbs and repeat the steeping process. You can get up to 1.5L-2L of tea from the same herbs.
2. To keep the tea warm, store it in a vacuum flask or thermos.
3. You can adjust the amount of herbs and steeping time based on your personal preferences. If you prefer a stronger tea, you can add more herbs and steep for a longer time.
