生化湯

生化湯為治療產後惡露不行，瘀血內阻的常用方，可調節子宮收縮、排除子宮內未剝離的黏膜或血塊、幫助惡露排出，減少產後腹痛及產褥感染、預防血栓形成，幫助子宮功能恢復，素有「產後第一方」之譽。 生產後素體血虛，元氣不足使產後子宮收縮乏力，瘀血內阻胞宮，生化湯寓補於攻，重用當歸補血行血，化瘀生新，瘀血流通，新血自通；「生化湯」即「生新血，化瘀血」之意。 有些產婦在產後有頭暈、異常出血、傷口疼痛等不適症狀，所以不要在產後立刻貿然服用生化湯，一般服法：自然產於產後24小時至3天開始服用；剖腹產於產後5-7天開始服用。
