At SouperWell, we take pride in providing high-quality, carefully curated herbal soup packs. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy:

Returns

We do not accept returns for food and consumable products due to health and safety regulations.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Refunds & Replacements

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or store credit upon review.

Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please notify us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
