Overview

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

 

Manage your subscription

  • Skip, reschedule, edit, or cancel  in your customer portal. at any time before the cut-off.
  • Access: log in with the email used at checkout → Manage Subscription.
  • We’ll show your next charge date, selection cut-off, and delivery schedule there.

 

How soup selections work (every cycle)

Two (2) weeks before your next shipment, we’ll contact you via email to finalize your choice of soup packs. You can:

  1.  Choose your preferred soups; or
  2. Do nothing and we’ll repeat your last selection; or
  3. Choose a Wellness Focus and we’ll curate a selection for you.

If no choice is made by the cut-off shown in your portal, your previous selection will be repeated automatically.

 

Minimum commitment

minimum of two (2) billing cycles is required before pausing or cancelling.

 

Billing & renewals

  • Your payment details are stored securely. You’ll be charged each cycle based on the frequency you selected, unless you prepaid.
  • Some plans auto-renew. If you don’t want to renew, cancel in your portal before the next charge date.

 

Cancellations

  • You can cancel in your Customer Portal after the minimum commitment is met.
  • Cancellations must be completed before the cut-off/next charge date to avoid being billed for the upcoming shipment.

 

Refunds & returns (perishables)

Due to food safety, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after an order is confirmed. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos so we can help.
